General Industrial Operatives



Single Resource currently have vacancies for long term General Operatives based Southwater, West Sussex, RH13 9YT.

We have various positions available: machine operative, line leaders and many support roles within a fast paced manufacturing environment producing CD’s and DVD’s.

You will need to have good communication skills, be PC literate and must have your own transport due to location.



Working Hours:



Rotating Days/Nights on a fixed 12 hour shift pattern (covering some weekends).

• 3 days on 4 days off in off-peak months (Jan-Aug)

• 4 days on 4 days off in peak trading (Sept-Dec)

• Additional shifts available

Pay & Benefits

• Initial training and Probationary period rate - £6.35 p/hr

• After successful Probationary Period - from £6.35 p/hr to £7.73 p/hr dependant on role

• Permanent contract with Single Resource following successful training

• Optional tax free employee loan scheme after successful Probationary Period

• Potential to earn quarterly bonuses of up to £250+ dependant on role

• 28 days paid annual leave (inc of Bank Hols)

• Subsidised Canteen

• Free on-site Parking

Previous experience within a manufacturing or warehouse environment is ideal but not essential.
