Ogłoszenie:
We are recruiting for Trainee Supervisors for our Client based in Bognor Regis, West Sussex. This is working in a chilled factory environment in fresh produce.

Role involves daily supervision of agency staff and completing daily reports.

Probation / training rate: £6.60/ h, £7.97/h after successfully completing training.

• 4 on / 4 off shift pattern.

Requirements:

• good communication and interpersonal skills – you will be working with multinational team

• self confidence – sometimes you will have to know how to say ‘NO’ to staff you’re responsible for,

• good time management and multitasking skills – you will have to prioritise your tasks and assist employees

• ability to lead the team and set a good example

• you must have “can do” attitude and be willing to learn

• problem solving skills



Previous experience managing a group of people in any environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
