SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

1 Excellent written and spoken English, competency in Mathematics.

2 Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.

3 General administrative and I.T skills.

4 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

5 Ability to work in a team as well as on own initiative.

6 Knowledge of adult education sector and interest in teaching would be an advantage.

7 Knowledge of more than one language would be an advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1 Dealing with enquires of new as well as existing clients over the phone and face to face.

2 Delivering outstanding customer service and motivating learners throughout their learning journey.

3 Maintaining professional handling of confidential information retained in this role throughout.

4 Coordinating assessment, enrolment, progress review, and examination processes.

5 Booking appointments and contacting learners to discuss course progression and attendance.

6 Creating and maintaining electronic database as well as filing system.
