Here at OSP, part of Staffline Group plc, we are looking for a Telephone clerk to join our recruitment team at a call centre based in Market Harborough, Leicestershire.

You would be responsible for the screening of candidates applying for various job vacancies via a telephone interview, ideal candidates will have a proven customer service background in either a face to face or telephone capacity. Excellent computer skills and experience of using Microsoft Excel are a prerequisite of the role, along with a professional and polite telephone manner. Reliability, excellent time keeping and the ability to use ones initiative are also required. Candidates will be working as part of a team and therefore should be able to demonstrate these skills on a daily basis.

We are looking for candidates fluent in both English and Polish.

The hours of work are between 8.30am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday
