Hi There

I have a very large double bedroom available for rent in a 4 bedroom house on the brand new H2010 estate near Clarence Dock.

The house itself is extremely spacious and I intend on keeping it that way, by that I mean there will only ever be 3 people living here for comfort reasons. The house is spread over 3 floors with 3 bathrooms in total and there is a decent size garden which is ideal for BBQ’s in the summer.



You will be sharing with 2 other male young professionals. Both Dom and I are 28 and consider ourselves to be extremely easy going and open minded. We both have our own lives to attend to but we’re extremely sociable and love a good knees up from time to time. Likewise, we enjoy chilling out in front of the TV after a hard days work and both enjoy going to gym, playing sports and meeting new people. We would welcome a new housemate to get involved with our pathetic banter or perhaps just somebody to laugh at how ridiculous we are.
