Shopfloor Staff Coordinator / Onsite Shift Co-ordinator

£7.50 per hour -- Equivalent of £17,472pa (Approx 48 hours per week)

We are recruiting for a Shopfloor Staff Coordinator / Onsite Shift Co-ordinator that will be based onsite with our client in Bognor Regis, and will manage the day-to-day booking of staff for a fresh produce factory. You will report to the Account Manager based onsite. Duties include:

Checking attendance at shift start and covering any absence, deploying workers to there work area, collecting and consolidating timesheets at the end of shift, update an excel spreadsheet to track hours of work, assisting the managers to motivate staff and show new starters the basics of the job on their first day, ensuring workers are meeting the standards expected by the client.

You must have good conversational English and be PC literate. Full training will be provided on our systems. Previous experience leading a group or managing people in a work environment is essential.

4 on 4 off shift patterns. You must have own transport. Ongoing temporary position. Please email your CV to darrenhickman@singleresource.co.uk
