The area is very nice with decent neighbours. Trouble free and convenient for the town centre. Its easy living here.



A comfortable bright sunny double room. Furnished with a new quality double bed, built in wardrobes with bed side unit The room also has Free wireless internet.



The kitchen has a microwave plus all mod cons. All cups, plates and cutlery are supplied. You will have a storage cupboard in the the kitchen for food. Also use of the fridge and freezer.



There is a ironing board and recent new steam iron.



I'm a non smoker with a GSOH I'm easy going and I enjoy life. I work full time shift work.



The housemate should be a non smoker who is clean and tidy with a GSOH and easy to get along with.



If you want any more information about anything just ask. It will be great to hear from you. Male or female aged 21 to 55. Sorry no couples, DSS or children.
