Position: Recruitment and Service coordinator

Location: Chartham Kent

Salary and hrs: £16-20K depending on experience

Pro-Force LTD is looking to recruit a Service coordinator to look after local packhouse in Chartham. The post holder will be working with both candidates and clients making sure that the operation runs smoothly and efficiently.

Main responsibilities:

• Interview and selection of potential workers

• Ensuring that applicant are eligible to work in the UK

• Support service team

• Build strong effective working relationships with client management team and staff

• Book staff in

• Check attendance, replace people if necessary.

• Complete holiday forms and holiday forms

• Deal with payroll queries

The ideal candidate must have:

• 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment

• Experience in customer service , data input and payroll

• Driving licence

• Have the following language skills

o Fluent English speaker

o Fluency in 2nd language ideally, Russian, Latvian, Lithuanian or Polish

• Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

• Excellent verbal communication skills
