Key Duties and Responsibilities

 

You will be required to control, supervise, handle projects, budgets and supervise construction staff. You will be asked to prepare estimates, order materials and negotiate contracts. You will also be required to deals with H&S on construction sites.

 

Requirements

 

Project management experience is essential.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work within a team and on your own.

Ability to manage projects

Leadership

Ability to delegate

Knowledge of industry regulations.

Managing H&S on site

Planning and prioritising

Organisation and administration

Computer literate

Full clean driving licence
