We are looking for Part time Trainee Accounts Assistant. We shall provide full training for the right candidate and the role is likely become full time after a couple of months and the pay will also be reviewd for the right person.

 

This role will be ideal for a graduate or a student currently studying towards obtaining an accountancy qualification.

 

Strict requirement: Please only reply if you have extremely good spoken and written English. You will be required to take a written English test as part of the initial interview.

 

Responsibilities:

 

The key duties of the post are as follows:

 



Communicate verbally and in written between clients/visitors/enquirers and staff and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests over the phone or in person, and to verbal or written instructions.

Bookkeeping and VAT Returns

Purchase ledger and Sales ladger

Dealing with CIS Schemes ( Constructions Industry Scheme)

Bank reconciliation

Management accounts

General Administration duties including answering client phone calls, responding to client queries, scanning, posting letters and collecting documents from client offices.





 

Starting date: 15/04/2013

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 11am to 3pm

Rate: £7 per hour
