Pro-Force is looking to recruit full time packhouse line leader for our client based in Herefordshire.

The role involves working in a small packhouse, assisting in the training of new recruits, motivating staff and supervising staff. You will also be working very closely with the client management team making sure operation is running smoothly. Job role involves husbandry and planting work. This is a permanent position with potential to progress.

The candidate must:

o Proven experience in working in fruit Packhouse

• Speak English,

• Fluency in 2nd language ideally, Latvian/Polish and possibly Russian





Candidate must be computer literate. Have good people skills, be organised and flexible. We are looking for person who want to progress within agriculture business.
