We are a Central London based IT Company and we currently seeking to employ an IT Technician. Candidates should have qualifications in a computing field and have experience in diagnosing and solving software and hardware problems. The successful applicant will have appropriate organisational skills, will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and ambitious.

 

The Role

You will be working as part of a team and assisting customers with requests for technical support. Providing a high level of efficiency, speed and good service to maximise customer satisfaction and promote future sales.



Essential Skills:

- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills

- Good organisational and problem solving skills

- Good level of English written and oral.

- Ability to solve IT related problems

- Excellent knowledge of Workstation OS Windows XP, Vista, 7

- Excellent knowledge of Server enviroment SBS, Exchange, Blackberry Enterprise Server

- Know how to configure a LAN and WLAN environment

- Know how to configure and install broadband connections (Routers)

- Bonus skills: Apple Mac osX and Linux
