Hi Everyone,

I have got a really nice single room available in the south of London.

The flat is extremely well located between zone 1 and 2. The transport is great, only five minutes by walk from Oval station (on the northern line), it takes 15 minutes by tube to go to the center or if you prefer you can use any bus at any time ( 159, 59, 415, 133).

The place is fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, tv, …), including a modern big kitchen (oven, wash-machine, fridge, dishwasher, …) and a bathroom (bath, toilet).

You will have to share the flat with a couple and a lovely cat called “Zuza” :).

We are looking for someone friendly, who can tidy up the flat when is necessary and is not against 1 (or 2) glass of wine after work :)!

The rent is £420 only all bills included (taxes, electricity, water, internet, phone, . )!
