We are looking for new housemates to take over a double room in our 4 bedroom house.

-housemates from Spain, Poland and France. Boys and girls.

-living room, toilet and bathroom to share with other housemates-note that the toilet is seperate from the bathroom!

-all included: sky tv, internet wifi, and other utility bills

-huge park behind the house

-close to shops

-3 mins walk to East Acton tube station, zone 2

-buses go to Hammersmith, Sheperds Bush, Notting Hill, Central London, Westfield centre...

-night bus to Central London



THE ROOM:





-spacious

-1 double bed

-2 wardrobes, desk, side tables





THE RENT:



-3 weeks deposit

-rent to be paid weelkly, one week in advance in a bank account

-ALL included: electricity, council tax, gas, tv license, sky tv, internet, cleaning products and yes toilet paper!
