We are fast growing evening wear online retailer with a showroom located in West Norwood.

We are seeking a bright person to join our team.

We need help in the following areas:

- processing & packing orders

- answering the questions by email

- answering phone calls and dealing with general queries

- taking orders over the phone

- packing returned goods (evening dresses)

- dealing with showroom appointments (evening dresses)

- you might be involved in lots of additional tasks (admin, sales, customer service etc.., depending on your abilities).



Person specification:

• Able to sell our product with knowledge and confidence (On-the job training will be given)

• Very pro-active

• Excellent communication skills

• Very good written and spoken English

• Quick Learner

• Good computer and administration skills

• Ability to work alone and as part of a team

• Willingness to go the extra mile

• General eBay knowledge is a bonus

• Very organised with attention to detail.



This is a full time position, with immediate starting date (within 2 weeks time).

Hours are 9am to 5pm Mon to Fri. We are located in West Norwood (SE27).
