Full time Caretaker required for medium sized Laundry.

 

This role is for the purposes of cleaning the factory and general maintenance in the day to day running and operation of the site, while taking reasonability in ensuring it’s a safe and a clean environment at times.

You will need to be physically fit, able to lift, carry and tackle simple maintenance tasks as directed, if you have some electrical and mechanical experience this would be an advantage. You should be a flexible, adaptable and presentable, have a basic working knowledge of Health and Safety rules and the ability or experience of undertaking repairs to, equipment and premises internally or externally. An ability to communicate in English is a requirement for this post.

 

Annual salary approx. £16000 pa  depending on experience.
