 JOB TITLE: Area Sales Manager - Cleaning Service/ Commercial and Domestic cleaning service

We are thriving and rapidly developing company with many years of experience in the Cleaning Service. At the moment we are looking for candidate for the position of Area Sales Manager for London area selling into private and public sector organisations.

At present we firm operates mainly in the South East and City of London. However, with the fast-growing company we are looking for a candidate that will be the right person to further develop our business and expand its operation and areas.

 

You must be enthusiastic, self - motivated, hardworking, hungry for success, have a proven track record in field sales in the Cleaning Service industry and be money motivated. You must have high standard of personal culture. The right candidate will have to know to organize their time properly and how to reach the right customers to bring into the actual successive negotiations and thus the signing of the contract cooperation. However we will introduce you to what we expect and require from the candidate in such a position and which customers we want mainly.

 

This is a new exciting opportunity for driven focused professional

 

Principal responsibilities/Knowledge/Experience

 

1. Minimum 2 years of proven sales success in the Contract Cleaning Industry.

2. Maintain a professional relationship with customers and ensure they are kept satisfield with the companies service.

3. Effective Communicator

4.Prompt and accurate reporting to the Directors as required.

5. Computer literate.

6.Very well organized and know well the market mainly Commercial Cleaning Service.
