  As Working Foreman/Carpenter you will report to the Site Project Manager and will hold responsibility for the management of Directly employed Staff and the activities of specialist subcontractors. It is essential to have proven Construction experience and hold a CSCS card.

Our client, rapidly growing North-West London based construction firm is looking to recruit for the position of the Working Foreman/Carpenter.

The ideal candidate will:

 

• have minimum 5 years experience as professional carpenter and 2 years as site foreman within construction industry in UK

• be able to read construction plans/blueprints,

• be well organised, good team leader

• speak fluent Polish and have good command of English (both spoken and written)

• good knowledge of MS OFFICE applications would be an advantage

• have full clean driving licence



Duties will include:

• management of directly employed staff and the activities of specialist subcontractors

• carpentry works

• preparing weekly reports
