Pro-Force LTD is looking to recruit line leaders for one of the packhouses we supply.

The role involves assisting in the training of new recruits, motivating staff and supervising Pro-Force workers. You will also be working very closely with the client management team making sure operation is running smoothly.

You must learn the packhouse operation quickly and speak fluently English. Packhouse experience would be an advantage.

Due to the location of the packhouse, your own transport will be required as it is not on a public transport route, however we can help with arranging accommodation.

Candidate must be computer literate. Have good people skills, be organised and flexible.

Initially, you will be paid a training fee of £ 6.25 per hour for 6 weeks, after that £ 7.50 per hour.
