JOB DESCRIPTION



To source and work with employers to encourage the creation of apprenticeship vacancies, manage and build a contact database.

To promote Apprenticeships to Employers and identify existing staff members who would benefit from skills development and personal growth opportunities

To identify young people particularly from Eastern European E.U. countries resident in the UK and looking for employment and training alongside promoting the benefits of an apprenticeship programme to enhance their employability.

To shortlist Apprenticeship applicants and manage the coordination of interviews with Employers.

To establish relationships with Connexions, Next Step Job Centre Plus, schools and youth help groups.

Focus will be on the priority group of 16-18 year olds and also 19-24 year olds. 

The position is commission only for the successful recruitment of apprentices.

 

 

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE



Polish speaker with good English language.

Sales experience is essential along with excellent presentation abilities.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

The role will be home based with travel across the London area and flexible working.

Knowledge of apprenticeships and vocational qualifications is desirable.
