Due to further growth in the CEE region, our Client, an international real estate investment management company - leader in its sector - is seeking to recruit an open-minded and ambitious individual to strengthen their local operations. Currently we are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Asset Manager.

 

Job description

 

 

· Overall responsibility for Property Assets under management including Strategy Plan for portfolio of the properties (including implementation)

· Key Customer Liaison with businesses and tenants to facilitate all occupancy needs and requirements

· Implement Asset Management strategy within real estate portfolio to support business plan

· Manage of outsourced resources including performance measurement and reporting

· Project Managing small moves and building infrastructure replacement /upgrade projects

 

 

Professional Background:

 

 

· Master Degree in Real Estate field will be a plus

· At least 3 years experience in real estate leasing, operations and management, preferably within a multi-national organization

· Knowledge of local regulations and building controls authorities policies/procedures

· Good working knowledge of practical Health and Safety within the built environment

· Experience in financial management and budget control

· Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
