Part time Breakfast chef/Housekeeping assistant required for Central Station B&B



Part time Breakfast chef required for well established pub and B&B in King’s Cross. The venue is long recognised as one of London’s best and innovative independent late night venues for the gay and lesbian community. In recent years we have broadened our customer base, now attracting the lunchtime and early evening office crowd as well as our neighbours who enjoy the bar and stunning roof terrace. We serve good quality British pub food, a full English breakfast for the B&B guests, as well as occasional buffet style functions.



The successful candidate will be cooking the breakfasts for up to 13 guests per day, followed by carrying out housekeeping duties after breakfast service (including servicing the 7 rooms, laundry and ironing). This will usually be Saturday to Tuesday, approx 20 hours per week.



You are required to be here at 7am - so don’t apply if you can’t get up in the mornings



We are looking for someone to start immediately.



Working with and under the direction of Isaac (chef) and reporting to Phil (the venue’s manager), and in their absence the duty manager, hygiene and presentation skills are imperative. Food hygiene certificate level 2 is preferable but not essential.



This is a good opportunity to gain a varied experience within the industry.
