Euroforce People Solutions is an established, international recruitment agency.



We are looking for a Resourcer to join our team. Through advertising and general networking you will source the right candidates for the positions available. You will work closely with our consultants and current Resourcers to ensure you understand the brief and what is required for each role.



We work in specific sector of recruitment and given the nature of this industry we often have to source candidates from outside the UK. Every candidate that enters UK through Euroforce is given a Welcome pack and it is your duty to guide them through the relocation process. You may assist with accommodation and travel etc. in the initial weeks.



Required



* Fluent English and Polish/Czech/Slovakian speaker



* Must have full driving licence and use of own vehicle



* Trust worthy and reliable. You will be representing the company and it is your duty to build effective working relationships with candidates



* Organised and good administrations skills. The nature of this role means you may be dealing with several candidates/accounts at any one time and it is important you are able to manage your time efficiently.





Any relevant experience in the Upholstery industry or recruitment in general would be an advantage.
