We are looking for a full time cafe shop staff previous kitchen and customer service experience working within cafe. This job role is full time.



You will work as a Team Leader and run the shop when management are away and work as a staff member when management is present.







Duties included are:

- Preparing foods to order including sandwiches, salads, paninis, breakfast, etc.

- Preparing and serving drinks, i.e. coffees, teas, smoothies, etc.

- Cleaning and maintaining high standards of food hygiene

- Stock taking, accepting deliveries from suppliers

- Maintaining high standards of customer service

- Dealing with enquiries in a professional manner

- Training and develop staff.

- Cost control including ensuring team correctly manages stock and wastage

- Leading a team

- Experience with cash registers and cashing up







The ideal candidate must be:

- A hard worker

- A strong communicator with a good command of English

- Well organized.

- A fast learner

- Positive (bright and bubbly).

- Quick and able to work in a fast paced environment

- Flexible and adaptable

- Punctual and reliable

- Friendly and outgoing. Enjoys working with people and has excellent customer service skills.

- Enjoys working with food and delivering quality food & drink

- Eligible to work in the UK







Salary is £6.75 per hour



We are really looking for someone who is motivated and is a natural leader. You must be able to work off your own initiative and lead by example. A strong work ethic is essential.
