We are looking for an account manager to run / recruit and service a major client in Birmingham:
Duties:
You will be based in our busy office within the Birmingham city centre, you will recuit and interview polish workers to work within a large engineering company based in Birmingham, you will speak to shift managers on a daily basis resolving any issues, you will also be responsible for planniung holidays sick cover and recruiting new workers on an ongoing basis, you will attend onsite at the company at least once a week and produce reports using excell spreadsheets for line managers.

You Must have excellent communication skills both in Polish and English, have previouse experinece within either recruitment/HR or a role where you managed workers or staff or feel you have transfereable skills, you Must be able to work on your own initiative and work well under pressure. full training will be provided yet you must have a background of dealing with people.
This is a permanent position with excellent prospects, salary is dependant on experience, Full driving license is prefered yet not essential:
Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm = Oncall Mobile
